Why?
Under the Nazis, all parties except the NSDAP were banned or forced to dissolve in 1933. Freedom of the press, human dignity and the free development of personality were not protected. These rights are guaranteed today by the Basic Law.

Während des Nationalsozialismus wurden alle Parteien außer der NSDAP verboten. Pressefreiheit und Menschenwürde wurden nicht geschützt. Diese Rechte garantiert heute das Grundgesetz.
