Show answer and explanation
B 2 2
Why?
The correct map is the official answer given. Thuringia lies in the centre of Germany, which is why it is called 'the green heart of Germany'. It borders Hesse, Lower Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt, Saxony and Bavaria, but no other country. When you study the maps, look at the position of the state within Germany and its neighbours.
