If you think your dismissal is unlawful, you can file a 'Kündigungsschutzklage' (unfair dismissal lawsuit) at the labour court. Act quickly: there is a short deadline of three weeks after receiving the notice. The police are not responsible for this.

Wenn die Kündigung ungerecht ist, kann man beim Arbeitsgericht eine Kündigungsschutzklage erheben. Wichtig: Die Frist ist kurz, nur drei Wochen nach Erhalt der Kündigung. Die Polizei ist dafür nicht zuständig.
