B Forced labor Zwangsarbeit
Why?
Article 12 of the Basic Law forbids forced labour, except as part of a prison sentence ordered by a court. The same article protects the free choice of occupation. Military service is allowed under the Basic Law, and working abroad is also permitted.

Artikel 12 Grundgesetz verbietet Zwangsarbeit. Nur bei einer Freiheitsstrafe durch ein Gericht gibt es eine Ausnahme. Der gleiche Artikel schützt die freie Berufswahl. Militärdienst und Arbeit im Ausland sind erlaubt.
