Why?
A party can be banned if it actively fights against the free democratic basic order, for example to abolish democracy (Article 21 of the Basic Law). Only the Federal Constitutional Court can decide a ban. Criticism of politicians or new ideas in a party programme are normal in a democracy and never a reason for a ban.

Eine Partei kann verboten werden, wenn sie gegen die freiheitliche demokratische Grundordnung kämpft (Artikel 21 Grundgesetz). Nur das Bundesverfassungsgericht darf eine Partei verbieten. Kritik und neue Ideen sind in einer Demokratie normal.
