Show answer and explanation
C Every person can decide without coercion whether they want to vote and whom they want to vote for.
Why?
'Free' elections mean that nobody may pressure you. You decide yourself whether you vote at all and which party or person you vote for. No state, employer or family member may force you. The other options describe different topics, not the principle of free elections.
Remember: Free = no coercion: whether and whom you vote.
