B state election Landtagswahl
Why?
The parliament of a federal state is usually called the Landtag, so its election is a Landtagswahl (state election). Local elections (Kommunalwahl) elect town and district councils, the Bundestagswahl elects the federal parliament, and the Europawahl the European Parliament. In the city-states the state parliament has other names, such as Abgeordnetenhaus in Berlin or Bürgerschaft in Hamburg and Bremen.

Das Parlament eines Bundeslandes heißt meistens Landtag. Seine Wahl heißt deshalb Landtagswahl. Bei der Kommunalwahl wählt man den Gemeinderat oder Stadtrat, bei der Bundestagswahl den Bundestag.
