Why?
In federal and state elections you can vote by post (Briefwahl) if you cannot or do not want to go to the polling station. Voting by phone is not possible, nobody may vote for another person, and the voting age for these elections is not 14.

Bei Bundestags- und Landtagswahlen kann man per Briefwahl wählen. Telefonisch wählen geht nicht. Niemand darf für eine andere Person wählen, auch nicht der Ehemann.
